George Crafton, MD, F.A.C.C.
George Crafton, MD is a partner of Tennessee Heart & Vascular Institute, P.C., (THVI), a twelve-partner practice with his office located on the Skyline Hospital campus in Nashville, TN. THVI has grown into the largest cardiology group in Sumner and Northern Davidson Counties.
 
Dr. Crafton is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and received his medical degree from the University of Louisville (Kentucky). He did his post-graduate training in Internal Medicine and Cardiology in the Tulane University Affiliated Hospital system (New Orleans, LA). Dr. Crafton is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. He has been a Fellow of the American College of  Cardiology since 1995 and is a member of the American Medical Association (AMA), Southern Medical Association  and the Tennessee Medical Association.
 
Dr Crafton has been practicing Cardiology in the Nashville area since 1990 and has served as the President of the Medical Staff at Nashville Memorial Hospital. He and his family live in
Nashville, TN.
