Our main Full Time clinics are based in Hendersonville (Hendersonville Medical Center, Bldg C), Madison (Skyline Medical Plaza), Springfield (NorthCrest),  and Gallatin (Sumner Regional Medical Plaza).

Our physicians also meet you where you are, by running additional clinics in primary care offices and hospitals located in Westmoreland, WhiteHouse,  Madison (Tennessee Christian),  Portland (Tennessee Christian),  Ashland City, Hartsville (physician office and Trousdale Medical Center), Carthage (Smith County Hospital),  Greenbrier,  Lafayette (Macon County), Lawrenceburg (Crockett Hospital), and Nashville (Centennial Medical Center).

We are also pleased to offer you 16 slice CTA in Hendersonville Medical Center (HMC), and our newest GE 64 Slice VCT CTA in our Imaging Center located in Suite 410, Skyline Medical Plaza.
